Enhancing the ease of summer expansiveness, you will land in an extended wave of savasana and meditation.
We will then share Ayurvedic practices and rituals for staying cool throughout summer. At this mid-point of our journey around the sun, let's savor the fruits of our labor. You will go back out into the world shimmering like light on the water!
In this Prana Vinyasa Seasonal Sadhana, inspired by my twelve years of studies with Shiva Rea, we will adapt our practices to align with the changing seasons. Each holistic immersion is dedicated to the realization of an empowering peak asana that expands our evolutionary edge and embodies qualities to balance the given season. Through asana, pranayama, mantra, mudra and meditation, we will physically and energetically entrain the inner rhythms of our microcosms, the beings that we are with the rhythms of the macrocosm, the natural world we live in.
