We have the joy + responsibility of initiating people's yoga journeys for the Vinyasa of their lifetimes. In this Navigating the Flow Continuing Education Training for all yoga teachers we will bring intention to this potent moment for an efficient + effective launch down the river of flow.
You will learn Prana Vinyasa teaching philosophies + methodologies that explore how to teach energetic beginners the many integral aspects of Vinyasa yoga in an intelligently unfolding practice that supports your students' growth + evolution one breath + movement at a time. In Teaching Vinyasa Yoga to Energetic Beginners we aim to teach alignment in the flow while offering invigorating + inspiring practices that share the creative elements that we love about flow yoga all in a secure + nourishing environment. This requires an embodied understanding of foundational yogic history + philosophy in the Krishnamacharya lineage, energetic alignment and kramas of several beginning peak asanas, as well as, the integration of basic pranayama, meditation and mantra.
